I found\u00a0<\/strong>\u201cLean UX\u201d a comprehensive and very helpful book. The book provides a clear departure from a more traditional way of thinking around the inclusion of user experience\/interaction design in product development. In Lean UX, Jeff Gothelf stresses the importance of \u2018collaborative design\u2019, getting all stakeholders involved as early in the process as possible. He makes a strong case for cross-functional product teams which are continuously looking to validate certain assumptions, developing products iteratively and learning along the way.<\/p>\n Lean UX is a set of principles based on the agile methods of the \u2018Lean Startup\u2019, where much of the focus is brought to the present.
