My brief was to build a new website that delivers a value proposition of ‘helping members make the most of their super’.
To do this, the new site was to follow key principles of being educational, helpful and dynamic.
Educational by way of providing lots of resources and tools that are easy to use/understand e.g. videos, calculators, fact sheets, videos on how to complete forms. Helpful in that content is personalised and relevant to members via personas and digital recognition. Dynamic by way of a regularly updated homepage with relevant sections for news feeds e.g. news/updates, blogs, social media, vox pop/polling questions
